## Hosting formats

- The Persian Feast (הסעודה הפרסית) — full Persian-Jewish meal with five mains (Gondi, Khoresht Sabzi, Kubbeh in beet sauce, stuffed onions, Maklouba), five salads, home bread, drinks, tea and dessert pastries, plus Lili's personal story and live folklore music. From ₪140 / guest, 10–70 guests, ~2.5–3 hours.
- Story & Pastry (סיפור ומאפה) — Cham-Cham, the fried-and-syrup-soaked pastry unique to Beit Shean (a Moroccan-Jewish heritage food localised at Beit Shean's transit camp in the 1950s), a glass of original Persian tea, and Lili's personal story of her aliyah from the Ma'abara. From ₪60 / guest, 20–70 guests, ~1–1.5 hours.
- Persian Royal Banquet (משתה פרסי – כיד המלך) — the full Persian Feast plus traditional Persian costumes, a real Hina ceremony (light, atmospheric — many groups add it just for the festive feel), continuous folklore music and additional ceremonial dishes. From ₪180 / guest, 10–70 guests, ~2.5–3 hours.
- Catering (קייטרינג) — the same authentic Persian dishes brought to your venue (park, guesthouse, hall, home) or for self-pickup from Beit Shean. Menu and price agreed per booking. By quote, delivery priced separately. Service areas: Beit Shean, Valley of Springs, Gilboa, Tiberias, Afula.
- Cooking & Baking Workshop (סדנת בישול ואפיה) — hands-on workshop where guests cook a recipe (or a few — Lili tailors it dynamically to the group: sometimes one recipe in depth, sometimes several) alongside Lili, bake breads and pastries, and finish with a shared meal of what they made. From ₪180 / guest, 10–30 participants, ~2.5–3 hours.
