Bishulilim takes booking enquiries and reserves diners through this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Bishulilim is a home-hosted culinary business owned by Lili Twizer at Nurit 16, Beit Shean, Israel. "We", "us" and "Bishulilim" on this site refer to the same business. When you submit a quote-request form, we ask for: your name, email address, phone number, requested date, group size, hosting format, and a free-text message in which you can note dietary requirements, allergens or any other detail.
Our server automatically logs your IP address, browser identifier and submission time — technical data we use only to identify and prevent spam.
If you reach us by WhatsApp, phone or email outside the website, the content of that conversation is retained so we can respond and follow up on hosting requests.
We use your information to respond to your quote, agree dates, tailor the menu to your dietary needs, and send pre-event confirmations.
We do not send marketing newsletters without explicit permission. If we ever start to, we will include a clear opt-in and an unsubscribe link in every message.
Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981, our collection of your information relies on your explicit consent when you submit the form and on our legitimate interest in delivering the service you asked us for. For visitors from the European Union, the lawful basis under the GDPR is the performance of pre-contract steps (Article 6(1)(b)) and your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
We rely on a small number of professional service providers that process information on our behalf, only so we can deliver the service you asked for: a website hosting provider, an email-delivery service, and WhatsApp for direct messaging. These providers are bound by data-processing agreements and may not use your information for any other purpose.
We disclose information to authorities only if compelled by law or court order.
We use a small set of analytics tools to understand what works on the site and improve the experience. All of them are kept as anonymous as possible and do not share data with advertising platforms.
NEXT_LOCALE cookie — functional, remembers the language you picked. No personal data.
Vercel Analytics + Speed Insights — measure traffic and loading speed in aggregate, anonymously, with no cookies and no IP storage.
Google Analytics 4 — counts unique visitors, traffic sources and popular pages. Sets cookies starting with _ga; your IP is anonymised by Google. You can opt out of all data collection by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Microsoft Clarity — records anonymous heatmaps and session replays so we can spot usability issues. Form text and payment details are never recorded. You can opt out by blocking the clarity.ms domain in your browser.
No advertising cookies, no remarketing pixels and no cross-site tracking on this site. If you'd like us to stop collecting data about you altogether, message us on WhatsApp and we'll remove your identifiers from our systems.
Quote-form submissions are kept for up to three years from the date of the enquiry so we can provide ongoing service and respond to repeat enquiries.
WhatsApp and email correspondence is kept while the business relationship is active. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep (for example tax invoices, as required by the Israel Tax Authority).
Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law and under the GDPR, you have the right to know what information we hold about you, to ask us to correct inaccurate information, to ask us to delete it, and to receive a copy in a portable format.

Some of our service providers store data on servers outside Israel, primarily in Europe and the United States. They operate under recognised safeguards under the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses) and Israeli law. We pick providers that meet high information-security standards.
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you become aware that a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of the page and publish the updated version on the site. We recommend checking this page from time to time.
