General
Bishulilim is a home-hosted business owned by Lili Twizer at Nurit 16, Beit Shean. Booking an experience constitutes acceptance of these terms. The final terms of every event are confirmed in writing on WhatsApp or by email before the event is locked in.
Booking
All hosting is by advance reservation only — we do not accept walk-ins. The booking process: you submit an enquiry through the site form or on WhatsApp; Lili replies within a few hours; we agree the date, group size, format and menu; and you receive a written booking confirmation.
A booking is confirmed only once you have received written confirmation from us. Until then the date is not held for you.
Group size
We host groups of 10 to 70 diners. Larger groups are possible by off-site catering only (not at our home). Smaller groups are possible at our discretion at a minimum-event rate.
A significant change to group size (more than 20%) less than 7 days before the event may require a price adjustment.
Deposit and payment
Deposit amounts and payment terms are agreed in writing before a date is confirmed and depend on group size and format. As a rule, we ask for a deposit to hold the date and for the balance on the day of the event or just before.
Payment methods: cash, credit card or bank transfer. A tax invoice is issued on the day of the event.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation by you more than 14 days before the event — full deposit refund. Cancellation between 7 and 14 days — partial refund by agreement. Cancellation less than 7 days before — we cannot refund the deposit because we will already have purchased ingredients and committed to suppliers.
A one-time reschedule is free of charge subject to our availability, provided the request reaches us at least 7 days before the original date.
If we are forced to cancel for reasons outside our control (force majeure, illness, emergency) we refund all amounts paid and propose alternative dates.
Dietary requirements and allergens
We work with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and kosher-supervised menus. Please note all requirements at the time of booking — changes within 72 hours of the event are not guaranteed.
Serious allergens (nuts, sesame, eggs, dairy, soy, wheat, etc.) must be flagged in writing in advance. Our kitchen is not entirely allergen-free — if you have a life-threatening allergy, please tell us before booking so we can decide whether we can host you safely.
Kosher supervision
Kosher supervision is not the default; it is an add-on at booking. We can arrange supervision by the regional Rabbinate with a same-day certificate, at additional cost. Note kosher requirements at booking and the level required (regular, mehadrin, etc.). We confirm availability before locking the date.
Food safety
Lili holds a certified Sanitarian credential from the Israeli Ministry of Health. We follow food-safety rules, the cold chain, and source quality ingredients. That said, eating in any public or semi-public setting carries some unavoidable residual risk. If you are in a medical risk group, please consult before booking.
Photography
During an event we may photograph dishes, the room and the general atmosphere. We do not photograph guests in close-up without permission. If you would prefer no photography at your event, please flag this at booking.
Photos of the dishes and the venue may appear on the Bishulilim website and social media. You are welcome to photograph the venue or the food for personal use; for commercial use please ask in advance.
Intellectual property
The recipes, stories, photographs and design on this site are the exclusive property of Bishulilim and Lili Twizer. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.
Liability
We do everything we reasonably can to deliver a high-quality, safe experience. Subject to applicable law, our liability for damage or distress is limited to the amount actually paid for the event in question. We are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, or damage caused by inaccurate information you provided at booking (for example unflagged allergens).
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Israeli law. Any dispute will be heard by the competent court of the Northern District of Israel. We strongly prefer to resolve any issue in conversation — if anything is wrong, get in touch and we will look for a solution before it reaches a court.
